Total Joint Registry

The Total Joint Registry has become an essential component of our ongoing outcome studies. Currently almost 6,000 total joint replacement procedures conducted at NYU Medical Center and NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases have been entered into this comprehensive database. A variety of studies on the use of intraoperative frozen sections and other techniques for diagnosing infection in total joint replacement patients are also under way.
